Right of Withdrawal & Returns
EU Customers (Right of Withdrawal)
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days.
We will use the same means of payment used in the original transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or proof of return has been provided.
You must return the goods within 14 days.
You bear the direct cost of return shipping.
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
International Customers (Voluntary Returns)
For customers outside the European Union, we offer a voluntary return policy:

Refunds are issued after inspection.
