Terms and Conditions (AGB)
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through the online shop of:

These Terms apply to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB as well as businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we accept the order via email confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR.
In accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation), no VAT is charged or shown separately.
Shipping costs are stated separately during checkout.
For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Production and Delivery
Many products are handmade and built to order. Estimated production times are provided on the product page but are not legally binding.
If no specific delivery time is stated, delivery shall be made within 30 days at the latest.
In the case of custom-made products, longer production times may apply. Customers will be informed individually if delays occur.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping provider.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
EU Customers (Statutory Right of Withdrawal)
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer takes possession of the goods.
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us (e.g. by email or letter) of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear and unambiguous statement.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If the customer withdraws from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about the decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
The customer must send back the goods within 14 days from the day on which they communicate their withdrawal.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:
- that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer
- that are custom-made, built to order, or modified according to customer specifications (including, but not limited to, custom pickup windings, magnet selections, aging, or wiring configurations)

International Customers (Voluntary Return Policy)
For customers outside the European Union, we offer a voluntary return policy under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Prior approval is required before returning any item
- The customer bears all return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned goods.
6. Warranty (Gewährleistung)
Statutory warranty rights apply.
In addition, we provide a voluntary limited lifetime warranty on pickups covering defects in materials and workmanship.
The term “lifetime warranty” refers to the reasonable lifetime of the product under normal use conditions.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Modifications by third parties
- Wear and tear
- External influences (humidity, heat, mechanical stress)
7. Installation Disclaimer
All products must be installed by qualified personnel.
We assume no liability for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, or misuse.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable damages.
Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including product descriptions, texts, images, and branding, is protected by copyright.
Any use without prior written consent is prohibited.
10. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
