Processing times depend on the product and are stated on the product page.

For made-to-order or custom-built products, production times may vary.

If no specific processing time is stated, orders will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.

Shipping times depend on the destination and shipping provider.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and order size.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product.

If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

In rare cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. No additional shipping costs will be charged.
